Investigation Penile Cancer

Cancer in the male organs that make male hormones and sperm (testicles). The testicles are located inside a loose bag of skin (scrotum) underneath the penis.

Signs & Symptoms.

  • Pain in the lower back.
  • Cancer related fatigue or whole body fatigue, painless testicular lump.
  • Swelling of scrotum, swollen lymph nodes, or weight loss.

Investigation of Testicular Cancer

Blood tests can help diagnose testicular tumors. Many testicular cancers make high levels of certain proteins called tumor markers, such as alpha-fetoprotein (AFP). and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG). When these tumor markers are in the blood, it suggests that there's a testicular tumor.

Treatment of Testicular Cancer

Treatment depends on it's stages & it includes:-

  • Surgery.
  • Radiation and Chemotherapy.
